It was quite the journey where the dealer was incredibly unresponsive and they were 4 hours away so it was not like I could pop in to say hello. What should've been a 1-2 day exchange, dragged on for over a week.Through it all, Chase kept me updated multiple times a day, sending me copies of what was sent to the dealer, and letting me know how they were not being very forthcoming with information they needed to move the deal forward.
