I've never shopped for cars in this specific category before, so the concept of exotic lending was lost on me — I had originally planned to go with my credit union.Then I met Chase at Woodside who helped me from my very casual initial inquiry, all the way to closing the deal with the dealership on my 992 C4S. It was quite the journey where the dealer was incredibly unresponsive and they were 4 hours away so it was not like I could pop in to say hello. What should've been a 1-2 day exchange, dragged on for over a week.Through it all, Chase kept me updated multiple times a day, sending me copies of what was sent to the dealer, and letting me know how they were not being very forthcoming with information they needed to move the deal forward. I was eager to close the deal by the weekend so I could fly up and drive the car down, but the dealer's lack of attention made me quite anxious about that. Chase, aware of my desire to get it closed ASAP, really went over the top with communication. He would respond late at night, early in the morning, even on weekends.
