Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion
A parade of classic cars will descend upon Southern California in September 2019. The Greater Ontario Convention & Visitor’s Bureauhas opened vehicle registration for its 7th Annual Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion. The event is limited to 2,000 vehicles, so after the first 2,000 are approved registration will close.
Pre 1998 classic cars (1988 and earlier) are allowed to participate in the event which promises to be two fun-filled days of cruisin’, classic car watching, live entertainment, contests, and great food. The event will kick off on September 20 and continue through September 21.
Best of all, there will be some of the hottest classics on display and on the road. You’ll see classic convertibles, cruisers, hot rods, and even a few Woodies to shake things up a bit.
In 2018, the Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion had more than 200,000 attendees. Spectators enjoy free admission and get full run of the 22 city blocks that surround Euclid Avenue where classic cars will be parked and cruising. There’s something for everyone; it’s fun for the entire family.
You can register your vehicle on the website. The $60 fee gains you access to the event for both days, but you also receive an official participant shirt, a super cool swag bag, a commemorative license plate plus a whole lot more.
